I ask you to just stop for a moment.

Listen to the rivers current as it wraps around you.

Watch the trees as they paint the sky

each stroke guided by the hand of the breeze.

Listen to the nature that is all around you.

Breath in, exhale.

Let it all sink in.

Go about your day and
